Versa 2 not tracking HR

Hi,

my Versa 2 HR sensor keeps turning off. I follow the steps as described in other threads which does work but after a few minutes, it drops off again resulting in exercise and sleep not being tracked. Does anyone have any idea why this could be?

Hi @Bradl316  - it shouldn't do that. Try chat reachable via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & Support, Contact Customer Support. They may help you through a factory reset but bear in mind it may be faulty and it may destroy it, but that is the last thing you can try.
