Versa 2 not tracking anything

My Versa 2 is not recording anything but calories. I have done the reset a couple of times, shutdown, reset to factory settings, remove app and reinstall it, remove device from the app and add it again and nothing. I've walked, jumped, run, been to the gym and no change except the number of the calories (which is not correct as it counts even when i don't wear the watch). I have Samsung Galaxy S10+ and it is included on the list of supported devices.

Any idea?

@SunsetRunner It will count your calories even when you don't wear it because it calculates your BMR (the basic calories your body uses just by being alive).  So that behavior is totally normal, however the rest of it is not.  At this point it looks like you've done everything we would have you do to troubleshoot the device, so I recommend calling Customer Support for further assistance.
