Versa 2 not tracking daily activity.

Super frustrating this is my 3rd Versa 2 and the 3rd time the stats will randomly stop syncing correctly. I can fumble through the other stats and see all the info so why the heck is it not transferring to the daily activity??? I'll be looking into Apple Watches to see if they have the same issues.

Hi @MizBHaven  - it can often be a phone problem or phone settings problem, but first restart the watch and logout of the  Fitbit App on the phone and swipe of the active window.

 

Turn off any other Bluetooth phones or devices, restart your phone and sync. That may fix it for now and if it is a configuration problem it may come back.

I totally agree and understand your frustration. This week my Fitbit failed to track my activity. There is no rhyme or reason and hoping the problem will correct itself but I’m not confident in this product any longer.
