Versa 2 not tracking distance

Hi no distance is being recorded during walks/ runs. In the dashboard under distance it says n/a. Any help greatly appreciated.

If you use the Exercise App to record the walk/run, it will show the distance.  If it is just auto-recognized, it does not.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
