Versa 2 not tracking heart rate data

My versa 2 stopped tracking my heart rate. The back button also no longer works so I can't even try a reset. It's only 5 months old.

The sensors are not flashing. It just stopped working a couple months ago.
I have the heart monitor turned on.That is only one of the issues. The
button also no longer works.
