Versa 2 not tracking sleep, no notifications

A few days ago my versa 2 stopped tracking my sleep. This is literally the only reason I bought one. I've factory reset the versa 2, followed unsyncing and resyncing advice, etc. My phone is supported and utd, as is the versa 2. I also stopped receiving notifications at the same time.
