Hi @jbrummett101 , go to www.fitbit.com/consent on your PC. It will show you the normal Fitbit dashoard. Press the settings icon on top of the screen on the right side and press settings. Scroll down to Sleep Sensitivity and set it to normal. Scroll down to the end of this page and press submit. Should work, If not, press the account icon within the dashboard of your Fitbit app on your phone, press your account profile and scroll down to Sleep and set you sleep goal, bed time and wake up time. Hope this helps, regards kuzibri

@SunsetRunner
What is the difference between the normal and sensitive sleep setting?
Your device's setting can record your sleep in either "sensitive" mode for extremely detailed sleep reporting or "normal" mode for a more basic idea of your sleep patterns. Note that if you use a Fitbit device with heart-rate tracking to detect your sleep stages, this setting doesn't apply.
@jbrummett101 You are not just talking about not getting sleep stages, but not getting sleep detected at all. Is that correct?
If you are checking as soon as you wake up, you might try waiting a bit, maybe even up to an hour to give it time. Also make sure it syncs.
