Versa 2 not tracking sleep

Welp.  New IOS update and versa 2 stopped tracking  sleeping heart rate AGAIN It only took Fitbit over a month to fix it the last time. This is getting annoying.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which iOS mobile device are you using with your Versa 2? Is your Fitbit not tracking sleep information at all or Sleep Stages? On the Today tab, can you see sleep information? This way we will be able to check if your device is tracking the information but not syncing it with your account. In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your Versa 2 and troubleshoot the app following the next steps:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the iOS version is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.
