My FitBit Versa seems to be displaying its charge level incorrectly. There have been several occasions recently where the charge has shown as between 25% and 40% but, during a run, my Versa has then turned off and not registered the full distance/duration. Has anyone else experienced this and, if so, is it possible to recalibrate the charge or is there another explanation? Thanks in advance!

Thanks for your post. To better assist you with this and identify the issue you're currently experiencing, I'll need more details. That said, can you please let me know if this is occurring just when you're tracking an exercise? Or is your device randomly turning off? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? When you start charging your Versa, does it displays any battery percentage or the battery was at 0%? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart your device.
