My sleep has not been tracked since October. Throughout the last week of October, it tracked sporadic and random hours of my night sleep. Now, nothing at all registers, and I have no sleep data. I have had my Fitbit Versa 2 for almost a year. I have never, ever had any trouble prior to the last month.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this situation, can you please let me know if you experienced this sleep tracking issue in the past or is it the first time? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to restart your Versa 2 and then try wearing it on your non-dominant hand when you're going to sleep and let me know if the issue persists.
