Stopped reading the sleep details after newly charged. It was completely depleted and turned off before I charged it. Tries all the help suggestions. Restarted the watch again (holding the side button for 5 sec) , adjusted the sensitivity, restarted my phone, made sure it was properly on wrist same as it was the past 5 months. Made sure the light is blinking when I swipe over it. It reads my HR. 4 days now still no sleep details.

Thanks for your post and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. To better assist you with this and further investigate why your Versa 2 is not recording your sleep patterns as it should, can you please let me know if it's not tracking sleep information at all or Sleep Stages? Did you experience this situation in the past or is it the first time? In the meantime I receive your answers, please restart one more time your Versa 2 and then try wearing it on your non-dominant hand when you're going to sleep.
