Hello,
Please I have such a problem by mistake my nephew on the watch fitbit versa 2 mistaken the pin several times, and now he writes me on the watch to unlock using the phone. I tried to change the pin in the application, but it tells me to contact support So I don't get anything on my watch, it's locked
