Versa 2 not tracking stats

Woke up this morning to see that my Versa2 is not tracking any data. Also no flashing lights on back of watch.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared. To fix both issues of your Versa 2, please try the following steps to perform a restart and let me know if the issue persists:

 

  1. For Fitbit Versa 2, hold the back button for 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.
  3. If you still have issues with your device, turn it off and turn it back on. For more information, see How do I turn off my Fitbit device?

I am having the same issue. I have tried everything to make it work. The sad part is I just got this tracker Friday!!

I ended up contacting customer service and they are sending out a new one. I just had mine for a month myself. I even did the factory reset and nothing happened

@Shae2020 Thanks for sharing your issue with me, I can understand your frustration. To better assist you with this situation, can you please elaborate? Is your Versa not tracking your stats at all or just some of them? Or, is your new device tracking stats but inaccurately? More information will be appreciated.

My tracker isn't recording anything. I did two workouts yesterday and my activities say I did 0. Nothing is recording on the tracker, therefore, nothing is showing on the app. It looks like I been sitting down doing nothing for two days. I own a Fitbit fitness group and we use Fitbit as our tracking device but mine doesn't work. It is frustrating.

I appreciate the details that were shared in your post, seems odd that your device isn't recording your stats as it should. Since the restart process that was previously shared didn't work, please try changing the clock face of your Fitbit device: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device? and let me know if the issue persists.

It's crazy. I just got this one Friday. Called customer service and they are sending another one. I didn't get the chance to use THIS one. This is crazy
