Versa 2 not tracking steps correctly

My Fitbit is not tracking all my steps. I also have a step counter on my phone and they used to be in sync with each other but now I noticed that I'm missing a lot of steps on my Fitbit. I've only had this Fitbit for 5 months and this is my second Fitbit and I'm trying to figure out how to fix this because if I can't get it fixed I'm going to be leaving Fitbit for good! For example the step counter on my phone says I've walked almost 7,000 steps today and my Fitbit says I've only walked about 5,300 steps and normally my Fitbit should have more steps because my Fitbit is attached to my wrist while my phone only picks up steps if I'm actually holding my phone while I walk. Very frustrated!

Mines stopped the 250 steps per hour alerts in the last day or so. Tried all the tips online with no joy 🙄

Weirdly, mine started working again this morning……and then stopped again 🙄
