Versa 2 not tracking steps

My Versa 2 isn’t tracking my steps and I’ve tried charging it up, restarting it and not wearing it.

Please let me know if you see your steps on your Versa 2 when you wear it on the wrist? Sometimes, when you start walking, your steps may not update on your device right away. After about 10-15 continuous steps, you'll notice the steps catch up and start updating in real time with each step you take.

 

If you don't see your steps in the app, please make sure your Versa 2 is syncing. You can follow these steps if you experience any difficulties with syncing your device: Why won't my Fitbit device sync?
