Hi. My Versa 2 is not tracking correctly using GPS on the Fitbit app. I regularly walk the same routes and the distance is lower and time to complete a mile is longer. The map is wrong too as the walks I do follow roads but the maps show straight lines in between places which I presume is where the GPS has cut out. This happened before last year and I tried lots of troubleshooting but nothing corrected it but eventually it corrected itself but it has been wrong now for quite a few weeks. Can anyone help?

I’m having the same issue with my versa 2… this is a recent development as it’s been fine until now - straight lines on GPS routes & distance & time incorrect (compared with friends using garmin & Apple). Any help appreciated.

If I buy a newer model with built in GPS could this rectify the problem?

i have no idea if a GPS device would be more accurate, my versa is a few years old now & I do think they have a limited life, I’ve have 3 different models in 10yrs, but can’t really afford a new one right now though. It’s annoying as it’s been really good up until now.

Yeah I agree it’s really annoying. Mines probably about 4 years old
