I received my Versa 2 as a gift. I have had it about 10 months with no issue. A few days ago I noticed the charge went from lasting 3-4 days to half a day. After shutting it down and charging it this past Sunday, I got a white screen when I tried to turn it back on. None of the buttons worked. After an hour, it went black, and I have not been able to turn it on. This is disappointing, and I got one for my mom in May for Mothers Day. She's already having issues with hers. What are we supposed to do?

Hi @SunsetRunner, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here, I understand how frustrating this matter can be for you. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation
Looking forward to your reply.

I'm moving on from Fitbit. This experience has been less than desirable. Unfortunately, I purchased a Fitbit Versa 2 for my mom before all of this, but I am absolutely discouraging anyone I know from buying a Fitbit. Good luck Fitbit community.
