Hello community, I have an issue with my fitbit. It started with non lasting battery, then the screen started malfunctioning and then sadly the device won't come up no matter how long I charge it.
Please what is the warranty policy and what do you advice i do. It's sad cos the device is not even 2 years old and had to complain to fitbit in my first 6 months of use

Hi @GloriaBrown, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared in your post. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation
You can check our limited warranty policies here.
Looking forward to your reply.

Hi I have had my Fitbit versa on the charge for four days now, prior to that I had it charging for two and read about possibly needing to clean the connection points so I followed the instructions to do so before leaving it to charge again, still no response the screen did attempt to back light once briefly but then turned off again and the heart rate sensor light has not turned on.
