Versa 2 not turning on

My fitbit is constantly getting a bright light flashing screen. I have call customer service before and they directed me to turn it off and restart it.  Well now it's not turning off. What is the problem. I had the 1st Versa and after the update it wouldn't do anything. I've had the 2 for a year like the 1st one and now it's messing up. Not a happy camper
