Versa 2 screen is blank. I have tried charging it and still will not activate. Since it is out of warranty, support only suggests to replace it. Has anyone else had this trouble and been able to activate the watch?

If you already tried the restart procedure described here and you continue to experience the same problem with the screen of the Versa 2, I recommend that you proceed with the replacement process offered by the Customer Support team, since there are no other troubleshooting steps available for this type of display issues.
