Versa 2 not updating

I posted previously trying to get help with my versa 2 which won't update, it gets as far as 5% and then update fails.

I've tried absolutely everything and went through support for trouble shooting, followed all the steps and still nothing, I've wasted so many days on this as new piece of crap.

I don't seem to be able to get a solution, what a waste of money these Fitbits are..... total rubbish only Fit for the bin!! 😡

DONT do the update!!  Many of us did and our battery is draining and there is no answer!  I went to bed at a battery life of 83% and woke up at 53% this morning.  If you can you are better off not to update!!

Thanks for that Melanie, the problem is that the update tracker appears in red across the top of the app and the tracker keeps synchronising and the battery is severely draining as a result, don't see a solution to the problem at all.

There seems to be a lot of people having trouble with the Fitbits and no solution in sight!
