Versa 2 clock face disappeared

My clock face has disappeared. When I push the button it brings up Alexa, but not actionable, and if I scroll, the icons- if touched do nothing. I cannot access the settings on the watch and I have only had it just over a year.

Thanks for the details shared in your post. I appreciate your efforts and recommend restarting your device: How do I restart my Fitbit device? Please also confirm if your device is paired to your Fitbit account by doing the following:

1. Open the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.
2. If you don't see any device paired, tap Set Up a Device.
3. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
