Versa 2 not vibrating when I get a text message

I have the Versa 2.  When someone texts me it goes to my phone as well as the Versa 2 But i am not getting a vibration on the Versa 2 to let me know that i got a text.  I just check on my own because i heard my phone go off.  The texts are coming through on the Versa 2 but it should be vibrating to let me know. Does anyone know why this is happening? I was on with someone from Fitbit support and they were no help.

Hi @Deer527, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 is not vibrating when receiving notifications and the information that our Support team provided didn't fix the issue.

 

I was able to get in touch with them and was told that they assisted you via chat after your post and provided some instructions via email. Please reply to their email in case the issue persists and they'll be happy to follow up and provide a solution.
