Hello, I have had a fitbit Versa 2 since June 2020 and everything was perfect until today. I went to the pool (like many other times) and my fitbit shut down just after and i’ve never been able to turn it on again. The battery was almost full and the fitbit has been in the water no more than 30 minutes. I tried to dry it, plug it to the vattery charger but nothing works. I’m very disappointed because I did nothing wrong and now the smartwatch is dead.
