I started noticing issues with my Versa 2 about a month ago. The screen often wouldn't come on, even when I pressed the button. And, frequently my iPhone app couldn't "find" the Fitbit. Anyway, the issue with the screen not coming on got worse. And, then the swipe completely stopped working. So, when the screen occasionally did come on I couldn't get anywhere. Tapping didn't work either.
Finally today it just stopped working. I've reset it twice by holding the button for 20 seconds, but still nothing. I'm very frustrated. I can't even do the update to see if that will help.
Any suggestions? I've been a loyal Fitbit user for a long time - I'm quite addicted to it - but, I'm so frustrated right now I'm considering not using it anymore.
ALSO - I've never been able to receive text messages on my Versa 2. I have the iPhone 11 Pro.

Hi @AZJacq, I would contact Support (link at the bottom of the page) on Monday, as your V2 shouldn't be freezing up like that.
As for the notifications, are you sure you have them turned on in the app?
