Versa won’t sync after full troubleshooting

Hi

So I have a Versa that intermittently would sync about 4 weeks ago and now won’t sync at all. I have been in contact with Fitbit and undertaken all the suggested troubleshooting to no avail. So now I have a Versa I can’t use! This is terrible customer service. What do I do?

Still only connecting intermittently after the latest iOS and app updates.

My versa lite won’t connect anymore so syncing is a big problem now. **ahem** Fitbit
