Versa 2 not working after update

Hi 

I updated my versa 2 last week and it was working fine until the next day. It started to vibrate and show the Fitbit logo.

So far I've tried to restart it ( doesn't work as it's stuck in a loop of vibrating 4 times and then after a few seconds it will vribrate once.)

I've unpaired from my phone's Bluetooth, force quit the Fitbit app, restarted my phone and tried to pair it again but as it's stuck in this loop my phone can't find it.

Same problem. Manage to get Versa up and running but it's not tracking anything automatically. Unless and until I explicitly track an activity, it's not tracking even steps.
