Had a Surge for 4 years. It worked great until it died. Bought a versa 2 last week and it is the worst piece of $#%^. The heart rate monitor doesn’t work. When you sync it to the app it won’t sync proper amount of steps to the weekly challenge. Tried turning it off and on numerous times. The heart rate monitor is set to “on” on the watch’s settings. There is no spot on the app to turn heart rate on as it says on most help lines. Pretty sick of dealing with this piece of garbage that won’t work, especially for the price
