Versa 2 not working properly

I've used fitbit for almost 6 years. My Blaze lasted me almost 5 years until the battery wouldn't hold a charge longer than a day and the screen started to not react. Now my Versa 2 fell apart this summer (the glue just disintegrated and I don't understand how because I am constantly in air conditioning and I dont take my watch into any sort of water). After the second time I contacted customer service when I didn't receive any sort of warranty info the first time, I was informed that my warranty had run out, but they would offer me 35% off for my next watch. Yeah, the first time I contacted and didn't receive the warranty info, I should have still been in my warranty range because that was exactly a year of ownership. But somehow it was my fault it suddenly fell out of warranty. I glued the screen back because I'm not spending that money again. Now 2 months later the touchscreen won't function. So now its useless to me. Thanks for nothing fitbit.
