Versa 2 not working since update

I bought the Versa 2 for my sister and myself May of 2020.  We have both loved our Versa 2’s until the update.  Many, many people are having the same issues. No lights in the back of the watch, no sleep score, irregular functions.  Our trackers are on their way to becoming a brick. I am a premium customer too, now with no benefits. We did all the trouble shooting, and called customer support.  Their response was the same to us as others in the forum “It’s out of warranty so buy a new one”!!! 

So, we are buying a new watch, just not a FitBit.  This is after being a FitBit user for 5-6 years.  The update broke our perfectly functioning Versa 2’s! No company deserves customer loyalty after this kind of stunt. I canceled my premium membership, and tomorrow will be wiping the memory on the watch and deleting the app. Goodbye FitBit.
