App cant sync or find device. Alexa wont work. I do everything i can to get it back online only for it to stop working on the next sync attempt. I have never been so dissapointed with a purchase and no word about fitbit fixing the problem. Hello i called fitbit yesterday it said my wait time was 20 minutes. Another persons post said fitbit tried everything with no resolution

Hi @DiannaB Im sorry you are having problems. U fortunately if yout Versa is struggling to sync with your phone, Alexa wont work correctly as it needs the internet connection. What phone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List?
Try all the suggestions in THIS Help Article on syncing problems

Well i have been quite irritated this past 2 weeks, i had a versa which would device not found, so i decided to get a new versa 2 and i cant even begin to tell you the troubles i had with that. Turns out i broke my phone and had to get a new one and come to find out i cant use my versa 2 that i loved so much because i have a galaxy A50. Well good riddance fitbit, i bought a samsung smart watch instead. Why would you not support all phones?
