Hi, so my versa two kinda stoped working, the back button works when it wants to work and when it does work I try swiping the screen for notifications or for apps and it doesn’t slide or it slides half way and then goes black. I’ve tried restarting it, I disconnected and reconnected my Fitbit to my phone and I checked to make sure the version was the newest one. What else can I do ? Do I have to return it ? I got it as a Christmas present but it was purchase in November can I still return it ?

I would contact Fitbit.
