Versa HR not working

My Versa HR randomly stopped working last week.  I have restarted it multiple times (holding the back button and bottom button) as well as gone in to settings on the watch, shut it down, and started it back up.  The green light randomly comes on and off.  I have worn it a finger width from my wrist and changed the tightness of the band: nothing works.  Is this a known issue?

Hi @elaynesimensen,

 

That is weird behavior.  Have you gone into the app and verified in the Versa settings that the heart rate monitor is turned on?
