Can not access my original data

I am not sure what had happened but I am not able to upload all my previous data and it had take me back to data I had from 2018. 
please can someone help?

Data is stored by account/email.  It sounds like maybe you have used 2 different Fitbit accounts and are not logged into the one you mean to be.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
