Versa 2 not working

Versa2 screen started flickering few days back, but use to start after few minutes. But now it has stopped working only. It flickered and stopped.

Need support. It is just a 4 month old watch.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know if the heart rate sensors are flashing or is your device completely unresponsive? If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check our help article: Why isn't my battery charging on my Fitbit device? and let me know how it goes. Such article includes a restart process which can be really helpful for this situation

Hi,

I tried to restart the device but still was not working, but when I put it
up for charging , it started working. It still had more than 50% of battery
life. But the problem still persists. Device goes on flickering for some
time - almost 3-4 times in a day.

Don't know the issue yet.
