Versa Lite stuck on Fitbit logo

I just bought a versa lite for Christmas and it doesn't seem to do anything but show the fitbit logo. I've tried charging it and it doesn't show the percentage either while charging. I've even tried turning it on/off. It takes awhile for the logo to turn on while on charger but when I try to turn it on it does come on but it's stuck on the logo. I haven't done setup or anything because of this problem. Please help I didn't have this problem with my surge.

@Jazz1218, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that your Fitbit Versa Lite is stuck on the Fitbit logo.

 

If you haven't done so, please restart your Versa Lite as described in this help article. After this, charge your watch for 2-3 hours.

 

Finally, try the setup process as listed in this help page and see if it doesn't get stuck on the Fitbit logo any more.

It hasn't done anything. I turned it off but it won't come on at unless it hasn't been on charger for at least 2 hours. The charging percentage still has not popped up yet and I have yet to make it to the main screen on my device let alone set it up. The logo only pops up when my versa lite is on the charger for a couple of hours but when I go to turn it on it doesn't do anything but stays on the logo. I have tried restarted it, turning it on/off, and even keeping it on charger overnight last night yet I have gotten nowhere. I just bought a second charger today to make sure it's not the charger that came with it and see that works. If not ima have to send it back for a new one. I've been trying to make it turn on to set it up since Christmas morning. Sent from my MetroPCS 4G LTE Android Device

@Jazz1218, I'm sorry for the late response. However, I would like to follow up on the screen issue that your Versa is experiencing.

 

I would like to know if the new charger helped you to get your watch charged properly and get the issue fixed.

This is my second Versa Lite.  One lasted 3 months and.now this one 5 weeks.  It is stuck on the logo and before you ask I have tried everything suggested on the site.  Why is this watch so problematic.  My Charge 2 lasted 3 years and still works with a cracked screen.  Get it together with this Watch Fitbit.  It can't be cost effective for you to keep replacing them.  Nor good for customer repeat business.  What is the fix besides restarting a watch that won't restart or turn off?

I tried this and do not work. What else can I do to get my watch to work and get it out the logo?
