Versa 2 not working

I sent the report twice because a Versa 2 is also a Versa. So you might clear that up.  Also, I was trying to get an answer from Fitbit, not another customer.  I paid FitBit, not the customer.  My  watch is near the end of warranty and not working so I am anxious to get it fixed, and I cant get thru and you send me 980 suggestions from other customers to fix my problem...  Hmmm. Fitbit use to be good to customers.
