Versa 2 not working

Last night I went to bed with my Versa 2 on 74% - I don’t wear it to bed. 

This morning the screen wouldn’t come on when I turned my wrist or pressed the button. I thought the battery had died over night as this has also happened before. Put it on charge and it is on 27% and charging but the screen still won’t come on and it will not sync to my phone.

 

I have only had this tracker since February 2021 and have had two issues already. Not very happy.
