Hi all! My Versa 2 just stopped working… it won’t turn on (did the 10sec hood on the side) etc. bought a new charger and it’s still blank. It’s almost 3 years old, well taken care of never took it into water. Any tips or tricks or place I can send it to get fixed ? Thanks !

Hi @Afought - if you have cleaned the terminals and tried connecting the charger to a PC, also look in the Fitbit App to see if it is actually syncing.
If it isn't a charging problem it could be a screen problem, but either way it will need replacing - the good thing is they have come down in price since and new one will be cheaper than trying to repair it [with dubious success] and come with a full warranty.
