Versa 2 notification issues

My versa2 stopped getting notifications. When I go to the app and click on the upper left corner and then on my Versa 2, I am unable to open the notifications setup.

I have had similar issues on my Versa 2 and I find if you are using an Android device go to the apps and press and hold the Fitbit app and go to information and then clear the cache. That normally works for me. If not clear both the data and the cache and then log back in and all should be working again. Just pop in and check notifications once you are logged back in.
