Versa 2 notifications in app

I can't launch the notifications from the Fitbit app like they say you need to.  I don't want to get txt and phone call announcements on my Versa 2 and when I go to the notifications within the app, it just clicks (it's not greyed out, so it appears active) and won't advance and let me select to not have those notifications.

Thank you for sharing that you've been having trouble with your Versa 2 watch. 

Before considering other options, make sure to try logging out from the app, then restart your phone and log back in to check if the Notification settings option is still not opening. 

If you haven't done so already, make sure that you've also updated the Fitbit app to the latest version available at the moment.

I have continued to try to fix this and tried your suggestion.  Still no luck.  😞

I am having the same issue, within the Fitbit app, the notifications option will not proceed (everything else does).

 

I have uninstalled the all and reinstalled, removed the Fitbit device and set up again, as well as resetting my Fitbit. I have just followed this advice and nothing has worked yet. I am receiving phone calls and text messages but would also like to receive WhatsApp messages

You have to delete Fitbit application from phone and then reinstall. Check
all settings between phone for notifications and also your Versa 2
notifications. This will work
