My Versa 2 will notify my phone calls if my Samsung 21 is on vibrate. But otherwise none. It will not receive texts from my phone and my phone is updated. Has anyone resolved this issue yet?

I've tried all of this when I first got my phone and have continued to try since. Nothing has worked.
