Notifications on my Versa 2 doesn't work for over 2 months (on Xiaomi redmi) - phone restart doesn't help.
It's very important for me to receive my notifications.
When are you going to fix it?

I understand how you feel with this situation. Please verify you have the latest version of the Fitbit Firmware and OS of your mobile device. I'd recommend you follow these steps to restart your device.
If your watch's battery is critically low, notifications won't cause Versa 2 to vibrate or the screen to turn on. Also when you turn off all notifications, your watch won't vibrate and the screen won't turn on when your phone receives a notification.
