Versa 2 ongoing wallet issues

I finally had the time and added my card to my wallet on my Versa 2 but on the actual watch it reads "No cards have been added" Even though I have  both email from my Bank and Fitbit saying that my Debit card has been added, pls help, as I work in a hospital(Fl,pray for us) and I need access to my debit more often then not as I cannot carry my purse around. Ps:FITBIT: Pls get it together, I'm getting tired of always sticking up for the Fitbit team.😆
