Why do I have to constantly have to reset my versa2 to get it to log my steps etc for 3or4 days at a time , it won’t just sync unless I reset the watch

In addition to the steps you've done, please try the following in the order listed:
With the steps above, what I want you to do is to pair your Versa 2 first to your phone's Bluetooth settings before any other Bluetooth device is connected to your phone.
