Versa 2 overheating

When I put my Versa 2 on charge within minutes it starts to heat up very hot, to the point that I can’t touch the device. Also the device isn’t charging anymore, and there’s a slight blueish burnin ring around the whole square display. I’m using the charger that came with it…
