Versa 2 problems

Today mid day my fitbit disconnected from my phone and then the screen went black and now only shows the logo. I have followed the steps that was recommended by others, but nothing is working. Tried rebooting, tried charging,  disconnected it from the app, and nothing.  What can I do to fix it? 😕

Did you do a proper restart with the button

Make sure you wait for the logo to disappear and to reappear.

If you get it up and running change the clock face to a standard Fitbit one in case its the clock face causing the crashing.

Yes, I have held it for the 10 seconds. The screen is black and then every 5 seconds the logo pops up and stays for a couple seconds goes away again.
