Just got my Versa 2 today. Everything is updated. I can download other watch faces. But not the spo2. It takes me to the correct screen but the select button is greyed out. Everything is syncing. What am I doing wrong?

I have an answer to this problem. I called Fitbit and my Moto g6 is not compatible with this feature. There are no plans anytime soon to test the Moto. Good grief. It's a common phone. Here is a list of phones that are fully compatible:

Thank you for posting. I wasn't thinking about my phone compatibly! Sure enough, thru your link I was able to find out that my phone, a OnePlus 7T, isn't compatible.

I called support again and asked them if that was also the reason my text notifications are hit-and-miss. Yes. I asked if he would elevate my request to test the Moto G Series and he said he would move it forward. Of course there's no way of knowing when they would start a test but when they do it would take a couple of weeks. Then they would release an update. I may run out of my 30-day window to return the watch to Amazon.

I have an iPhone 11 Pro, just updated my iOS, updated my Versa 2, and updated my Fitbit app, and the button to download is still greyed out.

The first time I called support, they walked me through deleting the setup and starting over completely. I was told that doing that will usually correct the error. It didn't work for me because of my phone not being compatible but you might want to give it a try.

I had the same issue. Got my Versa 2 yesterday and it went through the setup and firmware update process but it would not download the SPO2 clock face. Keeps telling me that I do not have the latest firmware but there was no firmware update available after the upgrade. So I did a factory reset and it did another firmware update and I was able to download the clock face.
BTW, my phone is a Moto Z3 Play (which is not on the list of "fully compatible" phones.

Great! That fixed it. The Fitbit Tech had me reinstall but didn't do the Factory reset. So glad it's working now. Sure wish they'd send out an update allowing spo2 on demand. But right now, I'm a happy-ish camper.

Also the Sp02 watch face is only available in certain countries at the moment.
