I had a Versa 2 for two years and it died. A friend recently gifted me a new Versa 2. I just noticed that I used to be able to access Quick Settings just by holding the left button for a second. Now, doing that only gets me to the stop watch. And to get to Quick Settings, I have to swipe down twice. Did something change with a software update? I really liked it better the old way.

@ZeekienVee Hi. If you scroll on the watch face to settings, then scroll down, you'll see the left button option. You can change it to quick access there.

Hi Mark, Do you mean scroll down in the Fitbit app on my phone? Or on the actual watch? Because when I swipe down on the actual watch twice, I get to the controls (icon on the far right), but there is no way to change anything. I did look around in the Fitbit app on my phone, but could not find anything pertaining to this. If you could give me more detailed instructions, I would appreciate it. Thanks.

@ZeekienVee On the watch, swipe left until you see settings. Click. Swipe up and look for left button. Click for options. Once you select quick settings for the shortcut, be sure to scroll to the bottom and hit the save button.

Thank you!! That did it. I even called Fitbit today and the person insisted there was no way to do that.
