Hello. I had gotten my Versa 2 as a Christmas gift and it has been working perfectly until a few days ago when I had gotten out of bed, and I checked the time. When I pressed the side button my Versa 2 turned on but then a second later it had already turned off. I got it to go back to normal that morning, but over the next few days, the glitch happened more frequently and sometimes the touch controls wouldn’t work. I’ve tried factory reset and it didn’t help.

Okay, I might just return my Fitbit and hope they’ll replace it, but thank you for the help!
